1. For the purpose of that foreseen in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, Suprametal informs the User that there is no automated personal data file and that all the data that are requested are transparent for the User. The latter decides if he/she is interested in providing them at all times.
2. Suprametal reminds the User of the possibility that he/she has to exercise the right to access, rectify, oppose and cancel the personal data included in the Suprametal forms.
3. The rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation may be exercised by the User, and if appropriate by the person representing him/her, by means of written request addressed to the following e-mail address, web1@suprametal.com or to the postal address given below.
This request must contain the following data: User's name and surnames, address for notification purposes. If the request is by e-mail the address that he/she wishes to unsubscribe from must also be included.
Suprametal undertakes to comply with its obligation to maintain secrecy with respect to the data compiled and its duty to keep them, whereby it will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in agreement with that established by the Regulation on Safety Measures of automated files that contain personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 July.
